CUSTOM MANAGEMENT PLAN
The "Custom Management Plan" will be developed between EEM and the Homeowner using a structured & tailored pricing schedule. This gives the Homeowner the flexibility of utilizing services that he requires on a per item basis, without paying for services he may not use. This is the most adaptive plan and gives the Homeowner specific control over their "Home Management
Plan".
Plan Includes:
Weekly or Bi-Weekly Property Security Inspection and Home Inspection - The Home Owner and EEM representative will review and complete the "Homeowner Property Evaluation Form" and Property Inspection Report Form" from which specifications for the weekly evaluation will be defined. Routine checks of both the interior and exterior of the property.
