This plan is a comprehensive option, designed to provide the Homeowner protection of the property while residing in the residence full time and the convenience of traveling to and from the property as his schedule permits. Bi-Weekly Property Security Inspection and Home Inspection - The Homeowner and EEM Representative complete the "Homeowner Property Evaluation Form" and "Property Inspection Report Form" from which specifications for the weekly evaluations are defined. Routine checks of both the interior and exterior of the property.
